A native to Williamson County Tennessee, Rose grew up in Fairview and graduated high school at age 16 going onto to obtain her Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Freed Hardeman University at age 20. Rose worked in securities right out of college but was drawn to real estate when her younger sister opened her first mortgage company at age 19. Rose joined her and learned the basics of the business and has been in the ‘property’ industry since 2000 owning Allegiant Mortgage, LLC as well as having her Tennessee Mortgage Originator’s License. Rose expanded her real estate knowledge by becoming a licensed Affiliate Real Estate Broker since 2003. During the 2008 recession, Rose and her sister re-imagined the future of their brand and both went back to school in hopes of expanding their real estate knowledge even further. Rose studied at the Nashville School of Law and obtained her Juris Doctorate of Law in May of 2014 and passed the July 2014 Bar Exam. Now that Rose is a practicing attorney in property matters along with probate and estate matters, her knowledge in real estate is nearly unsurpassed by her many years of experience and the number of transactions she has successfully closed. Rose is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the Robertson County Association of Realtors.

Rose is married to Ed Tignor, Jr. a native of Wilson County Tennessee who owns Main Street Title & Insurance, Inc. Ed has also been in the title and insurance industry since he was 23. They have two children and a miniature schnauzer named Bronx. Rose loves to travel with her sister and their goal is to hike all the U.S. National Parks. They have already seen Yellowstone National Park, Zion National Park, Yosemite National Park, Olympic National Park, Mount Ranier National Park, Grand Canyon National Park, Grand Teton National Park, Canyonlands National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, Arches National Park, Capitol Reef National Park, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Muir Woods National Monument, Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, & Grand Staircase Escalante.
